We prepare fresh meals every day, using locally sourced ingredients, eggs from our chickens, herbs and vegetables from our gardens.
Seasonally selected local fruit and vegetables are delivered fresh every Monday morning by our local market gardeners VegforU.
We use a seasonal, six week rotational menu, a copy of which is displayed in our front foyer.
You won't find any salt or sugar in our recipes, natural sources from the ingredients we use are more than enough.
We are always on the look out for new recipes so if you have a favourite let us know, better still come in and show the children how to make it, they LOVE having visitors.
You name it, we cater for it!
Quite often our resident cook will cater for up to five specific dietary/allergy requirements on any given day, such as:
- Egg borne intolerance
- Lactose intolerance
- Soy intolerance
- Gluten intolerance
- Severe eczema flares triggered by gluten, grains, dairy, eggs, refined sugar, vegetable oil, additives or preservatives.
We also provide a variety of different milks to suit different age groups and children with dietary/allergy requirements, such as:
- Full cream
- Lactose Free
We work collaboratively with you to provide nutritious meals specifically tailored to your child's dietary/allergy requirements.
